Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, or under mandatory consumer protection rules. The contractual limitations of liability that apply to use of the service are set out in our Terms of Service.

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

If you have a complaint or a dispute, please contact legal@browser.lol first. We aim to acknowledge and respond to such messages promptly, normally within a few working days, although this is a target and not a guarantee.

Browser.lol is established in Switzerland and is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration or conciliation body. This statement is informational and does not deprive you of any dispute resolution mechanism that mandatory law of your country of residence makes available to you.

Use of the service is governed by Swiss law, with the courts at the operator's seat in Schmiedrued, Switzerland having jurisdiction, as set out in our Terms of Service. This choice of law and venue does not affect mandatory consumer protection provisions or mandatory forum rules of the country in which you habitually reside.
