Reporting Process
We review every report. The time frames below are targets we aim for, not guarantees:
- Acknowledgement: We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days
- Triage Assessment: Initial evaluation and prioritisation by severity
- Investigation: Technical analysis, typically within a few business days of triage
- Resolution: Appropriate action based on the type and severity of the issue
Report Abuse
For immediate reporting of abusive content or activities:
- Priority Handling: Abuse reports are prioritised over other report categories

- Exact timestamps (UTC)
- Description of abuse type
- Your contact information
- Response: We aim to take initial action on urgent abuse reports (such as CSAM or active attacks) as fast as possible, usually within 24 hours
