About This Portal

This reporting portal allows you to notify us about any issues encountered with our services. Whether you're experiencing technical difficulties, found a security vulnerability, or need to report abusive content, this is the central place to submit your report.

Our team reviews all submissions and will take appropriate action based on the type and severity of the reported issue. Please select the most relevant category for your report and provide as much detail as possible.

Reporting Process

We review every report. The time frames below are targets we aim for, not guarantees:

  • Acknowledgement: We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days
  • Triage Assessment: Initial evaluation and prioritisation by severity
  • Investigation: Technical analysis, typically within a few business days of triage
  • Resolution: Appropriate action based on the type and severity of the issue

Report Abuse

For immediate reporting of abusive content or activities:

  • Priority Handling: Abuse reports are prioritised over other report categories
  • Required Information:
    • Complete URLs of abusive content
    • Exact timestamps (UTC)
    • Description of abuse type
    • Your contact information
  • Response: We aim to take initial action on urgent abuse reports (such as CSAM or active attacks) as fast as possible, usually within 24 hours

Email Guidelines

Data Handling

  • Storage: Reports are stored on our infrastructure in Helsinki, Finland (EEA) and protected with the measures described in our Privacy Policy
  • Retention: Report correspondence is kept for up to 3 years from the last message, or longer where legally required
